Ron & Marlen Angelloz are successful real estate owners/investors. Together, they own and operate TAG it Capital which provides asset management services.

Ron & Marlen began investing in real estate in 2006, and since then, they have bought and sold more than 20 assets. In December 2022, they acquired their first multifamily property, Pine Village Apartments, a 25-unit apartment complex located in Spring Branch Houston. At present, they have retained several assets they continue to own and operate. Ron & Marlen are both Lifestyle’s Unlimited Certified Lead Investors. They have acquired education and training in all aspects of acquisition, management, and operations of multifamily properties.

Marlen and Ron Angelloz reside in Spring Texas with their 8-year-old twin boys, Luke and Nolan.
